Week 3 of 15 miles per week!

Tuesday
Went to the gym in the AM and did 15 minutes of elliptical and leg weights. Walked/jogged 2 miles at lunch.

Wednesday
Walked/jogged 1.5 miles in the AM and walked/jogged 2.9 at lunch.
Total miles logged is 11 miles.
Only 4 more miles to go.

Week 3 of 15 miles goal.

Sunday took a break.
Monday walked/jogged for 2.5 miles at lunch; 15 minutes on bike, 15 minutes on arc trainer, did arm weights, and speed walked 2.5 miles in evening.
Great day of exercise. :)
Total miles for the week 5!!!!

End of week 2 for 15 miles goal!

Friday I walked 1.7 miles and Saturday I walked 4.03 miles for a week long total of 20. Woot Woot 5 miles over my goal. Amazing feeling.

Week 2 of 15 miles per week!

Walked 3.4 miles tonight.
WooHoo 15 miles completed and I plan on doing more on Friday and Saturday.
I really impressed myself this week and pushed it through.
Can't wait to see how well I do next week. :)

Walked/jogged 2.3 miles at lunch.
Walked 3.11 miles at night.
Total miles logged today 5.61.
Amazing!!
Total remains 3.39.
WOW I think I'm going to exceed the 15 miles this week. :)

Walked/jogged 2.30 miles at lunch today. Only 12.70 miles left to go. I will succeed.

15 miles completed week 1.

Walked/jogged 1 mile and completed a walk of another 4 miles all at one time. It was pretty amazing. This is the longest trek I have taken and it was invigorating! Here's to week 2. :)

15 miles...wow I was ambitious!

I got in 2 miles this evening a walk/jog. My time seems to be getting better. :)
5 miles I need to walk/jog by midnight. YIKES I'm going to be worn out by Sunday.
It's all worth it though.

Tuesday I walked 2 miles :)
Thursday morning I walked 1 mile jogged/walked 2nd mile. In the evening I walked 1 mile jogged/walked 2nd mile.
7 miles remain to complete by Saturday midnight.

Day 28!

Day 28 was hard core.
Went to the gym at 5:15 and did 20 minutes elliptical and did leg weights with my friends, Kathy and Shane.
Went for a brisk walk at lunch for 2  miles with some buddies from work, Susan and Lisa.
Went back to the gym with Kathy in the evening for Brazilian Booties.
Went to the track in the evening and completed a 5k walk/run with gal pals; Tiffany, Anna, and Crystal. Way to go girls!
I rocked out the exercise today. Day 28...I got this!!!

Day 23, 24, 25, 26, 27!

Goodness my week has been busy! Plus my computer was at my  mom's oops. I forgot to take pictures too.
Saturday, day 23, was a great day! Went for a 2 mile walk/ mini jog with Anna and Tiffany.

Sunday, day 24, swim day!!

Monday, day 25, walked at lunch and swam at night.


Tuesday, day 26, Spinning class at 5 am, walked at lunch and swam at night. Weigh day lost another pound. Only 17 more to go :)

Wednesday, day 27, Swim day!!!

Day 22!!

Day 22 was a light exercise day. Well we walked pretty fast at lunch today for 30 minutes, faster than normal. That's all the exercise I completed today. Weigh day today and I lost another 3.5 pounds !!! Total for the month is now 10 pounds loss. Woot Woot!!

Day 19, 20, 21 :O

Well, it's been a busy week and I forgot to take pictures on day 19 and 20.
Day 19 I took my first spinning class. WHOA that's some hard stuff. I enjoyed it and I think I'm ready to give it a shot again. I went walking at lunch too :)
So, I took pictures tonight of each chain :)

Day 20 Walked at lunch and then went swimming. I think I'm now looking forward to exercising each day and accept it at each opportunity. :)


Day 21 I got up at 5 am and went to the gym. Did some cardio and then did leg weights.

Day 18 HOLY COW!!

Who knew this girl would make it to day 18. Wow I'm so impressed with myself. I figured I would make it a week but now I'm into week 3 and rocking this out! Walked at lunch 1.5 miles; did some arm machines at the gym; did a 30 minute class; walked this evening for 2 miles; AND went swimming. This girl is TIRED!!

Day 16 :)

Fun day! Took the pup for a walk/jog this morning. Went swimming tonight! This 30 days is going by quickly! Oh!! I forgot to post that I lost 4 pounds this week. Woot Woot and last week I lost 2.5 for a total month loss in my 30 day challenge of 6.5 woohoo!!

Busy day yesterday! I walked at lunch, took my dog for a short walk, went to the gym and did 30 minutes of cardio and leg weights, and went swimming! Very eventful day.

Busy weekend and wasn't able to post yesterday and today's until now.

Walked and went swimming on day 9.
