I'm at a loss of where to begin/continue my weight loss journey. I had a great beginning of 2013 and reached my lowest weight as an adult. It didn't last long and I slowly started gaining and not caring or paying much attention to what I was putting in my mouth and slowed down on exercising. I am realizing that I must keep up with exercising and watching what I eat. I cannot wrap my head around what made me get back to where I am today. I used to care how I took care of myself and was excited about getting fit and healthy. Now, I just shovel the food into my mouth and don't even truly enjoy the food. The food is gone so quickly that I don't even taste it. It's time to get back to eating to sustain life while exercising to burn off the food. I truly enjoy working out when I'm thinner. Now, I must just live through the uncomfortable workouts. There is nothing I love more than my muscles being sore from exercise. Here's to a great exercise week!!
