Blessings and excitement!

This day began with a blessing and is ending with excitement. First my blessing is that all my test results came back normal. Praise the Lord!! It is such a great feeling when test results come back normal. Next, I got a walk in at lunch with a friend. I even got some sweat in today. I drank 120 oz of water and made good food choices.  I would consider today an all in all good day. I'm excited about tomorrow as it's time to start spinning and the gym again!! It's not a time to complain, it's a time to rejoice and strive on towards my goal.
