Week 3 of 15 miles per week!

Tuesday
Went to the gym in the AM and did 15 minutes of elliptical and leg weights. Walked/jogged 2 miles at lunch.

Wednesday
Walked/jogged 1.5 miles in the AM and walked/jogged 2.9 at lunch.
Total miles logged is 11 miles.
Only 4 more miles to go.
