Week 3 of 15 miles goal.
Sunday took a break.
Monday walked/jogged for 2.5 miles at lunch; 15 minutes on bike, 15 minutes on arc trainer, did arm weights, and speed walked 2.5 miles in evening.
Great day of exercise. :)
Total miles for the week 5!!!!
