Actions speak louder than words in every aspect of life! I woke up this morning and got moving. Met my bestie at the gym! Walked 1.9 miles at lunch with my buddy. We are working up to longer. I'm thinking there will not be any dining time anymore. NYC is right around the corner and we want to make sure we are ready. I'm getting excited and anxious about the flight! I absolutely LOVE flying but worry about my comfort on the plane. Since the first time I flew, I have flown every year since. Be that it's only 3 times. This year I actually will have flown 2 times. I NEVER thought I would be able to travel like I have in my life. I can't wait to lose this weight again and feel comfortable flying. I wish I hadn't lost the 5 months I spent not caring about what goes in my mouth or if I exercised. I went in spurts, I would lose and stay then gain and stay and then it got to just gain, gain, gain. I am starting again and pray/hope this time I stick with it until I reach my goal and be able to keep it off long term. Last time I was 34 pounds away from my goal. That lasted for what felt like a week and then I just slowly started gaining it back. Before I knew it I was where I am today. Thank the Lord that I am here today and starting to continue my journey again. Like I said before, I know that God has big things in store for me in my life. He needs me healthy mentally and physically to perform! I just can't wait to see what it is!!! My dad made a nutritarian/vegan soup to help me! He's the best!!! We had soup and salad for dinner and it was delicious. I also had made stuffed apples for Lifegroup on Tuesday and had some left so we ate on those as well. MMM Good! They had ice cream with theirs and I wasn't tempted at all. I would call that a win!! I hope everyone else is doing well on their journey! Let me know if I can help in any way.
