Woke up at 5am! Rock on, I know. :) Worked out with the biggest loser for the Wii for about 45 minutes. Slow start but I'm working on stepping it up. I was thinking today that I need to set some goals to get this 27 pounds off by September 1st and what came to mind was a 30 day exercise challenge. I am committed to exercising at least 30 minutes a day for 30 days of June.
A friend and I (okay I just cut the strips) put this together for a motivational tool. I'm super excited. I put it under my pray picture to remind myself to pray to continue on with the challenge each day. :)
Each strip has some motivational phrases. Something to look forward to reading each day.
30 day challenge! The hardest step is the 1st one.
Believe you can succeed. When I exercise each day I will subtract one from the days to go and put it under the days completed. :) On to day 2!
